I can log into the app with the same user name I use on the website but I have two different passwords. And if I try to change the password on the website, to match the app, it loses all my account info and thinks I am a new user. Not alone tried but it keeps safer that name is taken, yes by me 🙁.

Princess claims to be ahead of the technology game with Medallion Net so I would expect the one and only tool Princess directs is to use is full of faults. We have a back to back on different ships and again, I can only see excursions or make dining plans on the first of the 2 cruises. Old app had numerous problems but there were ways to navigate through app to get things done albeit app was very slow to load. This app is way slower and useless in many of the needed functions.

It certainly seems they have the worst IT staff/team of any major company I know of. I do not have any issues with any airline, hotel, rental car, retail, etc, etc, website that depends on customers being able to interact with them in order to purchase, review, change transactions. A good friend is experiencing this too. At that point she got the account missing info error but her husband's account worked. Then I noticed that on the password screen it was looking for a password that included a symbol and mine didn't have one.

I had used my regular Princess password in the app successfully for 5 cruises since the restart. I logged out at one point because the app was glitchy and tried to log back in while preparing for cruise #6. Instead I logged in with a booking number for a while. When first beginning to use the app it asked for a login & password. However just as on Princess.com we were able to enter the booking ID and last name and were taken to our booking. Each time we’ve come back to the app it has kept our voyage info and took us directly to it.

Basically we needed to change our password to fit the new criteria, no issue with our accounts now.
